Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, billing issues, and refund requests are handled for Anota plans.
You can request billing help or cancellation support by contacting billing@anota.in from the email associated with your Anota account.
- Digital subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal period. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, technical access issues, or other fair-use circumstances.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing timelines depend on the payment provider and bank.
- For cancellation or refund support, email billing@anota.in with your account email, transaction date, and a short explanation.
